Fall Fundraising Festival!

This is a FREE to attend event on Sunday, September 21st with donations very gratefully accepted. It's a great opportunity for people to come and check out the camp and see what we are all about!


From 1:00 - 4:00 guests can enjoy the grounds: we will have a number of games and activities set up. Hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks are free of charge and we will have a canteen and bake sale available.


Activities include: 9 Square, Gagaball, Laser Tag, volleyball, Tractor rides, bonfire (weather permitting), bouncers, scavenger hunt, facepainting and more!


4:00 - 5:30 join us for our Annual Pie Auction, followed by a time of worship and sharing.

The AGM will take place Sunday, October 19th at 3:00 on the Camp Grounds. Membership must be renewed prior to the meeting to have voting rights.

Accreditation News!


Trossachs was just recognized as fully accredited with the SCA. (Saskatchewan Camps Association)  The SCA exists to promote, enrich, and encourage the development of quality organized camping for all Saskatchewan people through leadership, advocacy, and provision of services.  This SCA sets the high level of standards that camps must achieve in order to belong to the association.



Membership Renewal:

Camp memberships must be renewed on every year ending in a 0 or a 5 - so 2025 is the year to renew in order to retain membership and AGM voting rights.

Sponsorships

Trossachs Gospel Camp believes very strongly in making the opportunity to attend camp, and to meet with God, accessible for everyone.


We offer sponsorship to families who are dealing with trauma and other challenges, and those needing an extra boost. Many of the young people who attend camp do so in conjunction with organizations such as North Central Family Centre, City Kidz Regina, Gentle Road Church, and others who spend time advocating for youth to have healthy spaces for the summer. At camp, kids receive regular, balanced meals, round the clock supervision, fun organized activities, and support processing through difficult emotions.


Young people spend time off of devices, and when needed we also help in supporting them with supplies such as toiletries, bedding, and clothing.

Every bit of support makes a difference.


In 2024, 57 children and youth, and 4 families requested sponsorship support! We anticipate being able to help just as many and more this year. The Homestead Project

As we grow as a camp, we are planning toward becoming a year-round facility. Planning for our new, multi-purpose building continues and we are very thankful to all of those who have already contributed to get this project moving and completed.


The Homestead Project is also underway. God provided a house to be moved onto the camp grounds to serve as accommodation for our Executive Director, Ed Fischer, to be able to serve on location.


A very generous donor has currently pledged to match all donations up to $10 000 towards this project.
