  • explorer camp: July 10th-12th

Explorer Camp is for children ages 7-11.

This camp is perfect for younger children, first time campers, and children who would do best with a shorter time away from home. Bed time is earlier than the other camps, and the pace is a bit slower. Children are grouped in age-alike cabin groups and some activities differ according to age.

This is an overnight camp, however, day camp options will be available for those who would prefer to go home at night to sleep in their own beds.

Camp will involve fresh air experiences, opportunities to learn new skills, and meet with Jesus in a safe and welcoming environment. Our children's camps are high-energy and run again this year by Rob and April Howard who bring over 2 decades of experience in ministry, education, and parenting. Aimee Jenkins will be serving as our Activities Director.

Camps are fully supervised, and are staffed by trained individuals with a commitment to health and safety.

If you have any questions or need help as you begin to think and plan for the summer, reach out to April at tgccamp@gmail.com.

    PRICING CHANGE FOR 2024

Trossachs Camp relies heavily on community support and fundraising in order to make our registration costs accessible. Due to rising costs of food and other supplies, we have had to shift our registration fees. The fee increase still does not fully reflect the actual cost per camper, but helps bring us a bit closer.

We recognize that finances can be challenging for some of our families. We are offering two levels of registration fees this year: our regular cost and a 30% subsidized fee. There are no questions asked and no application is required for the subsidized fee.

If you require additional support, please email us directly.

    Cost: $300 Regular.

    With 30% subsidy, $210

This includes a $5 canteen tab.

  • junior tEEN CAMP: july 22nd - 26th

Junior Teen Camp is for youth entering Grade 6 to entering Grade 8.

This camp is focused solely on the needs of our younger teens. We continue the high energy games and fun from Adventure Camp, but also key in on the specific needs of this middle-years age group. Knowing this is a vital age for development and that there is a strong need to be heard and understood and spoken to at their level, we have expanded to a larger speaker/mentorship team this year. Evening services will feature dynamic messages. Mornings will see our campers put into mentorship groups with a speaker who will provide interactive messages in a smaller group setting with the intent on deepening relationship and connection.

We are absolutely anticipating a blow-your-mind experience! Directors Rob & April Howard have an incredible team of young leaders who will direct our youth in games, skills, hang out times, and time to encounter God.

Speakers/Mentors: Josh & Tif Wyatt, Phil & Stacey Simms, Nick Helliwell

  • PRAIRIE FIRE: AUGUST 9-11

Prairie Fire has 2 services a day at 12 noon and at 7pm.

Kids' ministry is available for ages 5-12. There are no other formally planned activities.

The cost for Prairie Fire is $100 per person (adults and teens) with a $300 Family Max. Children 12 and under are free. Fees are payable upon arrival at the camp.
