Sponsor A Camper

Trossachs Camp Meeting Association wants to provide the most affordable camp experience possible, especially for our children. We charge far less than it actually takes to run the camp and bring in the quality programming we believe our children deserve. We thank you in advance for considering this ministry and for any donation you are willing to make. Donations can be etransferred to tgccamp@gmail.com - let us know it's for sponsorship in the subject line.

Camp will involve fresh air experiences, opportunities to learn new skills, and meet with Jesus in a safe and welcoming environment. Aimee Jenkins, B.Ed., will be serving as our Activities Director.

Camps are fully supervised, and are staffed by trained individuals with a commitment to health and safety.

If you require additional support, please email us directly.

    Cost: $325 Regular.

    With 30% subsidy, $225.

    This includes $10 canteen tab.

  • junior tEEN CAMP: july 21st - 25th

Junior Teen Camp is for youth entering Grade 6 to entering Grade 8.

This camp is focused solely on the needs of our younger teens. We continue the high energy games and fun from Adventure Camp, but also key in on the specific needs of this middle-years age group. Knowing this is a vital age for development and that there is a strong need to be heard and understood and spoken to at their level, we move away from larger morning services into a smaller mentorship group with leaders being able to have more in-depth, personal ministry times.

We are absolutely anticipating a blow-your-mind experience! Directors Rob & April Howard have an incredible team of young leaders who will direct our youth in games, skills, hang out times, and time to encounter God.

    Speakers/Mentors: TBA

Senior Teen Camp is for youth entering grade 9 through to grade 12.

This camp is a staff favorite! Over the years we have witnessed a group of youth from all different backgrounds merge together to experience God in a safe environment. We laugh, we cry, we play hard and pray hard. Camp will consist of games, activities, and services geared to encounter God in a real and meaningful way.

    Directors: Rob & April Howard

Speakers/Facilitators:  Our mornings will include testimonies from our cabin leading staff: real life, honest experiences in their faith walks. Stay tuned for more information on our 2025 speakers!

  • PRAIRIE FIRE: AUGUST 8-10

This camp is run by Wheatland Community Church. The focus of this weekend is to provide a time for ministers (we are all ministers) to come together and spark one another: to strengthen and encourage one another, and to seek God further.

This camp features 2 daily meals: brunch & supper, and a canteen.

Prairie Fire has 2 services a day at 12 noon and at 7pm.

Kids' ministry is available for ages 5-12. There are no other formally planned activities.

The cost for Prairie Fire is $100 per person (adults and teens) with a $300 Family Max. Children 12 and under are free. Fees are payable upon arrival at the camp.

Costs are kept down because everyone is expected to help pitch in. We appreciate those who volunteer to serve in the kitchen, to do dishes, etc.
