    Family Camp: July 5th - 7th

    Pricing Change for 2024

It has been close to a decade since we have had any shift in our pricing. With rising costs over the years there is a slight shift to this year's costs. We remain committed to quality programming at affordable prices for families.

Our registration packages bundle in accommodations, meals, access to multiple activities including horseback riding, swimming, and games. We can make adjustments if you will miss a day at a rate of $15 per day to a maximum of $60. We will not make adjustments based on whether or not a meal will be missed as our costs are already extremely low.

Services are completely free and you are welcome to drop in during the day. Meals are available for purchase for those coming out on the grounds for the day.

Rustic (older) Cabin OR Single Fourplex Unit:
$200 for the first person, $145 for each additional adult/teen and $75 per additional child ages 6-11. $475 family maximum charge.

    Newer Cabin OR RV Spot:
$250 for the first person, $145 for each additional adult/teen and $75 per additional child ages 6-11. $550 family maximum charge.
*The camp reserves the right to assign newer cabins (family & duplex size) according to what best fits each family.

    PRICING CHANGE FOR 2024

Trossachs Camp relies heavily on community support and fundraising in order to make our registration costs accessible. Due to rising costs of food and other supplies, we have had to shift our registration fees. The fee increase still does not fully reflect the actual cost per camper, but helps bring us a bit closer.

We recognize that finances can be challenging for some of our families. We are offering two levels of registration fees this year: our regular cost and a 30% subsidized fee. There are no questions asked and no application is required for the subsidized fee.

If you require additional support, please email us directly.

    Cost: $300 Regular.

    With 30% subsidy, $210

This includes a $5 canteen tab.

  • PRAIRIE FIRE: AUGUST 9th - 11th (Run by wheatland church)

    Register for Prairie Fire

Prairie Fire is proudly hosted on the grounds of Trossachs Gospel Camp, but is completely run by Wheatland Community Church. The contact and Director is Ed Fischer.

Prairie Fire has 2 services a day at 12 noon and at 7pm. Kids' ministry is available for ages 5-12. There are activities available on the grounds, but the focus of this particular camp is on the services and connecting with the Lord and others, so there are no formally organized games and activities. The pool, bouncer, 9 Square, Gaga Ball, trampolines, basketball and volleyball nets, etc. will be made available for use during camp times.

The cost for Prairie Fire is $100 per person (adults and teens) with a $300 Family Max. Children 12 and under are free. Fees are payable upon arrival at the camp.

Costs are kept down because everyone is expected to help pitch in. We appreciate those who volunteer to serve in the kitchen, to do dishes, etc.

There is a daily brunch and supper. Canteen is also available, and people are encouraged to pack additional snacks if they feel they will need more.

For more information about Prairie Fire, please contact Pastor Ed Fischer with Wheatland Community Church.
